Welcome to the Fighting Phantoms Medals and Honors main page! The 2008 Fighting Phantoms Qualification Challenge has been completed and we are proud to announce our top ace, =FP=BigObie!!!! This is truly just the beginning... so the question remains are you ready for the 2009 challenge?
The 2009 challenge will consist of a combination of requalifying on existing missions and challenging new missions. We would like to invite everyone to come try to earn these medals. Not only is it very rewarding, but if you are a new pilot this is an awesome way of learning the different techniques and skills required to fly the "not so friendly" skies. If you want to practice the qualification missions, most are available for download. You must be a registered user in order to download content from this site.

Album Review
In order to earn the Carrier Land and Take-off I medals, a pilot must complete the daunting task of taking off from a carrier deck, raising their wheels and flaps and resuming normal flight. The pilot must then circle around and perform a perfect landing.
