In order to earn the Bomber Escort medals, a pilot and wingmen must protect their bombers from the relentless attacks of enemy planes. Teamwork is key and to earn any of the medals, you must land without any further damage to your aircraft.
OFFICIAL QUAL RULES
1. THIS IS A WINGMAN BOMBER ESCORT MEDAL TEST. THE COMBATANTS TAKE THE SPITFIRES. OBSERVERS ARE TO TAKE THE HURRICANES AND ARE NOT TO TAKE OFF.
2. IF YOUR WINGMAN GOES DOWN YOU ARE TO CONTINUE TO THE END.
3. IF YOU OR YOUR WINGMAN GO DOWN, THAT PILOT DOES NOT RECEIVE ANY MEDALS.
4. TO OBTAIN A BRONZE MEDAL YOU MUST ESCORT TWO OF THE FOUR BOMBERS SAFELY BACK TO OUR AIRFIELD AND LAND WITHOUT DOING ANY FURTHER DAMAGE TO YOUR AIRCRAFT. TO OBTAIN A SILVER YOU MUST BRING 3 BOMBERS BACK AND LAND SAFELY. TO OBTAIN A GOLD YOU MUST BRING ALL 4 BOMBERS BACK AND LAND YOUR AIRCRAFT SAFELY.
